IB課程正式啟航

　　官方培訓(xùn)順利啟動(dòng)

　　The IB official online training successfully started

　　6月16日，IB顧問(wèn)溫雅欣女士(Sally Wen，PYP Consultant)與華美外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校王滿英校長(zhǎng)、IB-PYP協(xié)調(diào)員宋璇老師開展線上培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。

　　On June 16th, Sally Wen, PYP Consultant, an IB consultant, conducted online training activities with Principal Wang Manying of Huamei Foreign Languages School and Teacher Song Xuan, coordinator of IB-PYP.

　　去年3月，華美外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校正式成為IB候選學(xué)校，成為羅湖區(qū)IB PYP授權(quán)候選學(xué)校。在IB官方的指導(dǎo)引領(lǐng)下，學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程構(gòu)建與開發(fā)、超學(xué)科主題下的單元探究等內(nèi)容日趨豐富與完善，形成體系化建設(shè)，為正式成為IB認(rèn)證學(xué)校又向前邁進(jìn)了一步。

　　Last March，Huamei foreign language school officially became a IB candidate school.

　　線上培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)伊始，王滿英校長(zhǎng)向Sally介紹了學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念，組織架構(gòu)，小學(xué)開設(shè)PYP課程的基本情況等內(nèi)容。通過(guò)細(xì)致的溝通，Sally了解到學(xué)校的語(yǔ)言、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)、社會(huì)、藝術(shù)、個(gè)人社交和體育學(xué)科采用的學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言(中文/英文)，教師團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體情況，教學(xué)教研活動(dòng)的進(jìn)程等。

　　At the beginning of the online training activities, Principal Wang Manying introduced to Sally the school's educational philosophy, organizational structure, and the basic situation of offering PYP courses in primary schools.

　　對(duì)此，Sally根據(jù)多年IB經(jīng)驗(yàn)及學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，為學(xué)校下一階段的中外教協(xié)作備課、教案撰寫、政策解讀等規(guī)范化發(fā)展指明了方向。在問(wèn)答環(huán)節(jié)中，王校長(zhǎng)向Sally請(qǐng)教三個(gè)問(wèn)題：提供向IB認(rèn)證學(xué)校交流學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，如何進(jìn)行IBPYP資料整理，近期至今年10月份需要做好哪些準(zhǔn)備。Sally表示，在IB官方網(wǎng)站上，可以查到中國(guó)有100多所可以互訪學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)校，資料的整理收集需要一個(gè)過(guò)程，重在平時(shí)的積累。她要求老師們于10月份前學(xué)習(xí)完IB官方文件——超學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)者培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，探究，概念，評(píng)估，學(xué)習(xí)方法，國(guó)際情懷七大類別內(nèi)容，并于9月1日前完成第一單元的協(xié)作備課。

　　Sally pointed out the direction for the standardized development of Chinese and foreign teachers in the next stage, such as lesson preparation, lesson plan writing, policy interpretation, etc., according to her years of IB experience and the development status of the school.

　　本次培訓(xùn)，干貨十足，收獲滿滿。讓我們更好地了解IB 候選學(xué)校走向正式授權(quán)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑，明白了PYP學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理模式，開闊了我們的國(guó)際視野。

　　This training is full of harvest.

　　目前，IB課程在全球擁有4000多所認(rèn)證學(xué)校。課程體系旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立探究精神、開放的思想、自我管理水平、公民服務(wù)意識(shí)、跨文化交流等多個(gè)方面。PYP小學(xué)項(xiàng)目將打破傳統(tǒng)分科制學(xué)習(xí)，采用先進(jìn)的探索型學(xué)習(xí)模式，通過(guò)語(yǔ)言、社會(huì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、藝術(shù)、科學(xué)、個(gè)人教育及社會(huì)教育和體育等六大領(lǐng)域，開發(fā)學(xué)生的終身學(xué)習(xí)能力和求知探索精神的培養(yǎng)，也使學(xué)生在學(xué)科上的認(rèn)知更加系統(tǒng)、更加全面。相信在IB顧問(wèn)Sally的指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)下，在華美全體師生的共同努力下，學(xué)校定能早日成為IB認(rèn)證學(xué)校。

　　At present, there are more than 4,000 certified schools in IB courses around the world.I believe that under the guidance and training of Sally, an IB consultant, and with the joint efforts of all the teachers and students in Huamei, the school will become an IB certified school as soon as possible.
