ISA Science City International School is delighted to announce Debbie Tai as our World Languages Coordinator.

　　Debbie Tai is an experienced, focused and passionate IB language educational leader who is committed to bilingual education in international school management, authentic leadership and curriculum development.

　　Debbie Tai是一位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，專(zhuān)注且對(duì)國(guó)際IB語(yǔ)言教學(xué)充滿(mǎn)熱情的教育，她積極投身于國(guó)際學(xué)校管理、誠(chéng)信領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和雙語(yǔ)課程的開(kāi)發(fā)。

　　Debbie joins ISA Science City having most recently served as the Enhanced Language Program Coordinator at Wesley College in Melbourne Australia. Prior to this, she was the Head of PYP Chinese at Discovery College in Hong Kong, and the Chairperson for Primary Chinese Curriculum Committee at ESF (English Schools Foundation, Hong Kong). Debbie continues to be a highly respected member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN), consulting as an IB workshop leader for teacher training and a curriculum internationally.

　　在加入愛(ài)莎科學(xué)城之前，Debbie任職于澳大利亞墨爾本的衛(wèi)斯理學(xué)院，擔(dān)任強(qiáng)化語(yǔ)言課程主管。再之前，曾任中國(guó)香港智新書(shū)院國(guó)際小學(xué)項(xiàng)目(PYP)中文課程部門(mén)主任，也是英基學(xué)校(ESF)小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)課程委員會(huì)主席。Debbie同時(shí)還是IB教育者網(wǎng)絡(luò)(IBEN)備受推崇的成員之一，作為IB培訓(xùn)官，為全球的教師開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)以及提供課程方面的咨詢(xún)。

　　Periodically, she serves IB, CIS and WASC as school visiting team member for school authorization. She has taught and lead with experience in early childhood, primary and secondary. Debbie has expertise in Chinese, English and bilingual-bicultural curriculum development with interest of personal performance coaching.

　　她還定期參與國(guó)際組織、國(guó)際學(xué)校委員會(huì)和美國(guó)西部院校聯(lián)盟的訪(fǎng)校審查，Debbie在中文、英文、雙語(yǔ)以及跨文化課程方面均具備突出的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng), 擁有在幼兒園、小學(xué)和中學(xué)階段的豐富教授和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外，她還于教育高效能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)感興趣。

　　Debbie is enthusiastic of giving children the best education and building a high-performance educational environment. She appreciates the challenge of leading a professional group toward success. Debbie has a track record of establishing a supportive relationship with all staff, students and parents- the learning community with the aim of young minds’ learning and growth. She is committed to the best practices and excellent innovations.
