　　深圳市羅湖區(qū)華美外國語學(xué)校是由深圳市金安教育集團(tuán)創(chuàng)辦的一所高端定位、中西融合、理念先進(jìn)的九年一貫制全寄宿國際化學(xué)校?？傄?guī)劃占地面積55000平方米，建筑面積50000平方米。學(xué)校位于梧桐山風(fēng)景區(qū)，設(shè)施設(shè)備，師資力量雄厚，服務(wù)個(gè)性。

　　學(xué)校實(shí)施IB理念下的“中西融合 華美人生”課程體系，由具有豐富IB教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中外教師和國內(nèi)學(xué)科帶頭人、骨干教師執(zhí)教。該課程基于國家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，融合國際課程元素，充分發(fā)揮兩種課程優(yōu)勢(shì)。架構(gòu)上，它包含國家基礎(chǔ)課程、國際理解課程、未來公民素養(yǎng)課程。內(nèi)容上，在堅(jiān)守國家課程的基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞IB“自我認(rèn)識(shí)”等六大主題，完成30個(gè)螺旋上升、依次遞進(jìn)的單元和多個(gè)項(xiàng)目探究。實(shí)施路徑上，以學(xué)生為中心、以任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ)、以問題為導(dǎo)向、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)情境的跨學(xué)科項(xiàng)目化學(xué)習(xí)探究為課堂主要樣態(tài)。同時(shí)，開設(shè)豐富的CAS活動(dòng)課程。以發(fā)展學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)為藍(lán)圖，培養(yǎng)核心素養(yǎng)、陶養(yǎng)個(gè)性品質(zhì)、習(xí)養(yǎng)學(xué)識(shí)才藝、涵養(yǎng)精神智慧。提規(guī)劃生自主、合作、探究學(xué)習(xí)能力和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展能力。實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值引領(lǐng)、思維啟迪、品格塑造三大核心任務(wù)。

　　Principal Wang Manying

　　廣東省中學(xué)語文特級(jí)教師，廣東省首批中學(xué)語文正高級(jí)教師，廣東省“名教師”， 全國優(yōu)秀教師，“廣東省王滿英 長工作室”主持人，“深圳市王滿英工作室”主持人，“廣東省百千萬人才工程”教育專家培養(yǎng)對(duì)象，廣東省國際教育學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，深圳大學(xué)師范學(xué)院客座教授，全國工作室聯(lián)盟常務(wù)理事。

　　1993 年調(diào)入深圳工作，來深工作已 28 年，先后在羅湖高級(jí)中學(xué)、羅湖外語學(xué)校、翠園教育集團(tuán)·松泉實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校等 6 所學(xué)校開展了卓有成效的教育教學(xué)和教育管理工作，具有高中、初中、小學(xué)各學(xué)段的教育管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，歷任羅湖區(qū)紅桂中學(xué)副校長、羅湖外語學(xué)校副校長、翠園教育集團(tuán)·松泉實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校校長、深圳市羅湖區(qū)人民政府督導(dǎo)室專職督學(xué)等職務(wù)。
